• Feature: Auto-scaling Docker builders (private beta). A new version of Docker builders that automatically scales out is in private beta. When there is a high concurrency of builds, extra builders that share the profile's cache are automatically spun up. It will be rolled out to everyone soon. Learn more.

• Enhancement: Xcode 27.0 on the macOS 26 runners is now the stable release. warp-macos-26-arm64-6x and warp-macos-26-arm64-12x now ship Xcode 27.0 build 27A266a at /Applications/Xcode_27.0.app, replacing the earlier beta build (27A5194q). /Applications/Xcode_27.0_Beta.app still points at it, so workflows that use that path keep working. The default Xcode is unchanged at 26.6, and the bundled simulator runtimes are iOS 27.0 (24A434), tvOS 27.0 (24J360), watchOS 27.0 (24R362) and visionOS 27.0 (24M362). If you select Xcode with maxim-lobanov/setup-xcode and latest-stable, it now picks Xcode 27.0; set xcode-version: '26.6' to stay on Xcode 26. Learn more.

• Breaking Change: macOS runner memory changes on October 1, 2026. The 6 vCPU macOS runners will have 14GB of memory (down from 22GB) and the 12 vCPU runners will have 28GB (down from 44GB). Prices, vCPU counts, and disk sizes are unchanged. If your jobs rely on more memory than this, move to the 12 vCPU label or contact [email protected]. See Runners.

• Enhancement: Clearer cache logs in WarpBuilds/cache. A cache miss no longer reports Failed to restore. Server errors now log as errors. The log also separates an exact-key hit from a restore-key hit, so you can tell when a cache came from a prefix match.
